Our prep services are intended for eCommerce sellers operating on platforms such as Amazon, Shopify, Etsy, Walmart, eBay, and TikTok Shop. By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of your business.
2. Pricing and Payments
- All prices are listed in USD and may change without notice.
- Our $1 promotional offer is valid one time per business account.
- Full payment must be made before any service is rendered.
3. Inventory Receiving and Responsibility
- We inspect all incoming shipments based on your provided order details.
- We are not responsible for damages caused during transit to our warehouse or for manufacturing defects.
- You are responsible for ensuring your inventory complies with your platform’s regulations.
4. Storage Terms
- Free storage applies only to the period stated in your selected plan (e.g., 7 days or 30 days).
- After the free period ends, daily storage fees will apply.
- Inventory left unclaimed for over 30 days may be returned or disposed of at our discretion.
5. Labeling and Compliance
We provide standard FNSKU labeling and bundling services in accordance with Amazon and other marketplace guidelines. However, it remains your responsibility to ensure compliance with all selling platform requirements.
6. Delivery to Carrier
After prepping, we deliver your packages to the designated shipping carrier. Prep Services FBA is not liable for any delays, losses, or damages after the shipment has been handed over to the carrier.
7. Service Limitations
We reserve the right to refuse service to any seller in cases of fraud, repeated violations of terms, or abusive conduct.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including branding, text, and visuals, belongs to Prep Services FBA and may not be copied, modified, or reused without written permission.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. All updates will be posted on this page and take immediate effect upon publication.
